2. Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security

Account Registration and Information

To access the full range of rm2 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and for updating it whenever changes occur. rm2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have provided false or misleading information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. rm2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rm2 immediately through our support channels.

One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the rm2 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

User Responsibilities

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to impersonate or misrepresent yourself as another person.
• Do not use automated software, bots, or any other means to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not distribute harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

4. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Liability Limit

Rm2 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or able to meet all user requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, uncredited winnings due to technical disruptions, or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account.

Rm2's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rm2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed instances of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Use of multiple accounts or abuse of promotional systems.
• Requests from competent authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, rm2 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Rm2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

Severability

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
